Beth Ziss
Glass artist Beth Ziss began her art career exploring many types of media, including oil painting, photography, and pottery. After early experimentation with glass, she found her passion.
Her twenty-five-year career in glass has produced unique, beautiful stained glass panels, mosaics, as well as functional and wearable art.

Most of her recent work is kiln formed glass including jewelry, plates and bowls, and new fused glass portraiture in which powdered glass is skillfully manipulated to create fused photographic imagery.
Beth says, “I love the way glass can be transparent, translucent, opaque, jewel-like, luminous, radiant, and reflective. The variety of colors and the way glass can be manipulated is endless.”
Ziss has won numerous awards from various states, and twice was chosen to display glass work in the Toledo Museum of Art in Toledo, OH. She is a member of the Findlay Art League. Her work is on display and for sale at The Gaslight Gallery in Findlay, Ohio and Angelwood Gallery in Grand Rapids, Ohio.
